This is hard. I got 26 of 46 the first time, beat it if you can!
Can you guess the movie poster from just one letter?
RIP Andrea Pininfarina

Andrea Pininfarina, head of a world-famous Italian car design group and top Italian car designer, has been killed in a road accident. He was chief executive officer of the family firm Pininfarina, which has designed sports cars for Ferrari, Maserati, Volvo and Fiat. He was “the representative of a dynasty that helped bring the story of ‘made in Italy’ to the world”. This is a horrible loss for the car design industry, rest in peace.
Design Love

Today’s subject is Gui Borchert, an art director and designer living and working in New York, hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His creative work and direction working on award-winning accounts such as Nike, Dell and Johnson & Johnson is fantastic. Love it.

Today’s subject is Nothing Something, a visual agency based in New York. I was first drawn to them by their excellent branding and print work, but further inspection revealed their art direction, packaging, interactive and environmental design is also very strong. Through creativity and a little humor, they have elevated many brands to star status. Love it.
Have a Slogan?

Hilarious slogan generator - terrible things mixed with popular commercial slogans.
Design Love

Today’s subject is Ben Schlitter, a freelance designer from Hays, Kansas. His broad of range of professional and personal design work is very good. Everything from print to interactive to packaging, the design is tight and neat, never overbearing. Everything works so well in cohesion with other pieces of projects, exactly what they should be doing but nevertheless, he does it very well. Love it.
End of the world nearly upon us

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC), a 27 kilometer (17 mile) long particle accelerator straddling the border of Switzerland and France, is nearly set to begin its first particle beam tests. The European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) is preparing for its first small tests in early August, leading to a planned full-track test in September - and the first planned particle collisions before the end of the year. The final step before starting is the chilling of the entire collider to -271.25 C (-456.25 F). Can’t wait for it to form a black hole and swallow the earth whole. Good times.
